Product Offer

White Grape Juice Concentrate 

A colorless to light golden concentrate obtained from selected white grape varieties.

Main uses:

• Enrichment and sweetening in white and rosé wine production

• Non-alcoholic grape-based beverages

• Natural sweetener in food applications

Brix levels: Typically 61–70°

Formats: Aseptic drums, IBCs, or bulk delivery

Red Grape Juice Concentrate

A concentrate produced from red grape varieties with variable color intensity, from light ruby to dark purple, depending on source and extraction.

Main uses:

• Color adjustment and sweetening in red wine production

• Ingredient in sangria, flavored wines, and beverages

• Base for grape juice and food coloring agents

Brix levels: Typically 61–70°

Formats: Aseptic or frozen, packaged in drums or IBCs

Must Concentrate Rectified (MCR)

A fully de-aromatized, decolorized grape must concentrate containing only grape-derived natural sugars.

Conforms with EU Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013.

Main uses:

• Alcohol content adjustment in winemaking

• Sugar level standardization in fermentation

• Permitted additive in regulated wine markets

Brix level: Fixed at 65°

Formats: IBCs, drums, or bulk tank

Fresh must

Unconcentrated grape juice obtained directly from freshly crushed grapes. Preserves varietal and regional characteristics.

Main uses:

• Wine production (fermentation base)

• Premium grape juice processing

• Traditional winemaking practices

Typical Brix: 15–19°, depending on variety and harvest

Availability: Seasonal (harvest period only)

Formats: Chilled IBCs or tanks with temperature control
